Lauderdale market, is looking for a take-charge professional who can execute a broad range of functions in day-to-day Operations, Cash Applications, Fixed Assets, Financial Statements, and Budget Variance Analysis. JOB DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES (interacts with Controller and AR Manager): · Train in WideOrbit—Broadcast TV’s platform for recording sales, applying payments, and keeping track of accounts receivable.o Process and apply daily cash receipts (ACH, checks, credit cards) accurately. Prepare supporting documentation to ensure a complete audit trail for journal entries.o Reconcile daily traffic logs and prepare daily sales pacing reports.o Generate billing once a month and prepare revenue journal entries.· Learn and understand the Revenue/Accounts Receivable process (sales order input, credit approval, credit research, collections, and cash application
