Following a weekend marked by record heat and strong thunderstorms, Coral Gables can expect a shift to quieter weather this week. While a few spotty thunderstorms may occur this afternoon, particularly in the Keys and Miami-Dade County, overall rain coverage will be significantly reduced. Temperatures are forecasted to remain in the mid-80s today, but a warming trend will push them into the low 90s by Thursday, continuing into Mother's Day weekend.
